You can consume our freeze-dried products immediately, after possibly first heating them briefly in a pan (even without oil or butter). Freeze-dried products are nutty, crunchy and crunchy. Ideal as a nibble or topping ingredient (such as nuts, pine nuts).
They have a shelf life of about 1 year.
Our frozen products are juicy and fleshy, they have a different field of application and offer more gastronomic options. They can also be combined in many types of dishes and with many herbs.
